PA Small was unable to take the field on the second day due to a leg injury so the 12th man, AF Rapley, was permitted to bowl
NQ Wright was struck a severe blow on the left side of his head when he ducked in to a delivery from RC Motz which meant he had to retire hurt and he underwent an operation in hospital that evening
